Vanessa Minnillo Undressed
Vanessa Joy Minnillo (born November 9, 1980) is an American television personality. She is a host on MTV's TRL and was Miss Teen USA 1998. Minnillo had an on-and-off relationship with New York Yankees shortstop and captain Derek Jeter from November 2003 to early 2006. Currently, Minnillo has been dating singer Nick Lachey for the past 8 months, ex-husband of Jessica Simpson and member of the former boy-band 98 Degrees. She was featured in Lachey's music video for "What's Left of Me" which was nominated for "Best Male Video" at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards.
Her father is an American of Italian and Irish descent; the ethnicity of her estranged mother has been ambiguous with Minnillo's reference to her as being a Filipina from the province of Leyte and then recently referring to her mother as Polynesian during an interview with Maxim Magazine for her cover story in the October 2006 issue.
