Pamela Bellwood Undressed

Pamela Bellwood (born June 26, 1951) is an actress most famous for her role as "Claudia Blaisdel Carrington" on the primetime soap opera, ''Dynasty''. Bellwood was born Pamela King in New York City in 1945. She studied with Sanford Meisner at the New York City Playhouse. In her early days of acting she was credited as Pamela Kingsley.

Bellwood was an original cast member of ''Dynasty'' during its pilot season in early 1981 and remained a regular cast member until late 1982 when her character went insane and was shipped off to a mental hospital. She returned a year later, only to leave for good in 1986 when the actress became pregnant and the producers decided to write her out of the show by killing off her character. In 2006 Pamela Bellwood appeared along with some of her other Dynasty castmates in a reunion special entitled ''Dynasty: Catfights and Caviar''.

Bellwood also appeared in the films ''Airport (movie)|Airport '77'', ''The Incredible Shrinking Woman'' and ''Going Shopping'' as well as a number of TV movies. She is currently married to photographer Nik Wheeler and continues to perform in film and on stage. Oftentimes she is now known and credited as both Pamela Bellwood and Pamela Bellwood-Wheeler.
